1/ T Shirts - 

Can I exchange another size or refund ?

 

The shop no longer provide any size exchange service and NO REFUND if you ordered wrong size.

Please read the measurement from item description carefully.

 

All T Shirts are standard USA size ( Fruit of the Loom, Gildan , Hanes )

We usually stock Fruit of the Loom ( Black, White, Navy Color ) and send Fruit of the Loom Tee to customers.

SPECIAL REQUEST (Back orders) : 

1. Gildan Tee  (G500 Gildan Heavy Cotton™ 5.3 oz. T-Shirt ) ***+ USD 3

2. Gildan Tee (G64 Gildan Adult Softstyle® 4. 5 oz T-Shirt)*** + USD 4

3.  Hanes Tee 5280 Hanes 5.2 oz. ComfortSoft® Cotton T-Shirt )*** + USD 3

*** depends on color and availability 

 

may need to pay extra USD3- 4 for each t shirt,(Special Request Order: No Discount, No Return, No Size Exchange)

 2/ Why cancel my order ?

 

All orders will be shipped to Pay Pal payment address only.

Please read PAYMENT page

 

The shop will issue PARTIAL REFUND (NO FULL REFUND!) ( and cancel the order within 24 hours.
 
**** PAY PALCHARGE 4.4% +USD0.4 TRANSACTION FEE cannot be refunded ****

 


 

3/ I place the order awhile ago which I never received ?

/  

Please quote your order number and Pay Pal payment transaction number for any order status enquiry.

 

If you don't make payment ,AND NO INTENTION TO PAY

Please don't contact the shop to check the order status / Item still not received  ,etc.

 

 
In the past, many time wasters who placed the orders through this website without payment then after a few weeks ,send scam email  asking  silly questions ,
e.g. " WHY  STILL  NOT RECEIVED THE  SHIRT? HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER A MONTH !  "
 
 
The system will send out auto reply " ORDER CONFIRMATION-" email no matter the transaction had been paid by Pay Pal / Credit Card or not !
When the shop receive an order which had been paid by Pay Pal or Credit Card  , we will send another email to customers and confirm the order again!

 


 

4/ What is the return policy ?

 

 The shop offer exchange for defective items within 7 days of receipt of goods. Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. 

 


 

5/ When can I expect new products to be listed on your website?

 

Please visit the site every week.
